Our growth journey

Reflecting on our journey, it’s humbling to see how far we’ve come. From our beginnings, sparked by 16 years of sitting in our clients’ shoes and experiencing their challenges first-hand, we’ve now grown into 3 solutions that supports over 1.3 million assets across South Africa.

‍

We credit this success to the fact that we didn’t set out simply to build software. Our intention was – and still is – to shape the future of property management by listening closely to the needs of our clients and building tools that enable them to excel. Over the last year, our pursuit of this objective has seen all three of our solutions growing – right alongside the success of our clients.

Earlier this year, we surpassed the management of over 630 000 assets through our Community Management Solution (CMS), serving more than 153,000 HOA’s and Bodies Corporate. Our ENGAGE in-person events with theme of Bringing the Team together, brought over 800 delegates together, reaffirming our commitment to being a software partners, not just providers.

Meanwhile, our Rental Asset Management Solution has grown to support over 100,000 assets, with more than 7,000 property professionals using our platform to better serve investors.

We also recently added our second bank integration with FNB (alongside ABSA) to ensure that property professionals have streamlined, trusted tools at their fingertips.

As for our Inspections and Maintenance Management solution, RedRabbit, we’re thrilled to celebrate a decade of Innovation & Value with more than 620,000 assets now benefiting from our integrated inspections and maintenance capabilities.
