“Being principal, I’m not working the system every day,” says Janine. “WeconnectU gives me an entire overview of the activity and compliance of my business and I get reminders on what is still outstanding.”

Janine particularly enjoys the integration with RedRabbit.

“The integration between WeconnectU and RedRabbit is very, very helpful,” she says. “It makes our lives managing maintenance issues so much easier. I get my reminders in the morning to see what is still outstanding. When I get into the office I can say, ‘Why is this not done’, ‘This is still outstanding,’ or ‘Can we have a look at that,’. I love that it makes it so much easier to manage our systems.”

Auditing is also a much smoother process for Janine’s business using WeconnectU.

“I give my auditor and my accountant access to the WeconnectU system so if there are any queries, they can just login and manage it from that point of view. I don’t always have all the answers, but if they have access to the system, it’s so much easier for them to compile our final reports.”

“FICA is daunting for everybody, because there’s such a lot of documentation to hand in to be compliant,” says Janine. “WeconnectU has made our lives so much easier, because as you upload FICA documentation the dashboard automatically shows you your percentage of compliancy. FICA is part of our daily lives, and WeconnectU just makes it so much easier.”

“It’s the landlord’s asset that we have to manage,” she says. “We have to give him information about the system and how we manage his property, and WeconnectU gives us that information so that we can report to our landlords on the growth of their property asset.”
